What is the lunch menu, and how many glasses of Champagne are included with the pairing?

We welcome you every lunchtime on our opening days for a warm and gourmet dining experience, showcasing local products and Champagne specialties.

On the menu:

🥂 Appetizer & Starter: Gougères and Champagne lentil hummus
Main Course: Traditional Champenois pâté en croûte marinated in Marc de Champagne with a seasonal vegetable quiche or the Chef’s special or the Chef’s salad
Cheeses: Comté and Langres (AOP)
Dessert: A dessert inspired by the Chef, featuring the iconic pink biscuit from Reims

Additional à la carte options are also available.
On request, this menu can be adapted to be lactose-free and gluten-free.
