# What is the lunch menu, and how many glasses of Champagne are included with the pairing?

We welcome you **every lunchtime on our opening days** for a **warm and gourmet dining experience**, showcasing local products and Champagne specialties.

###### On the menu:
🥂 **Appetizer & Starter**: Gougères and Champagne lentil hummus  
**Main Course**: Traditional Champenois pâté en croûte marinated in Marc de Champagne with a seasonal vegetable quiche **or** the Chef’s special **or** the Chef’s salad  
**Cheeses**: Comté and Langres (AOP)  
**Dessert**: A dessert inspired by the Chef, featuring the iconic pink biscuit from Reims

Lunch Menu with the Chef’s Special: €40  
Menu with Champagne & Wine Pairing: €70  
Menu with the Chef’s Special and Champagne & Wine Pairing: €75  
Chef’s Special only: €25

🍷 **Enhance your meal with our Champagne & wine pairing**, featuring **four carefully selected glasses**:  
🥂 A glass of Champagne with the appetizer  
🍷 A glass of Coteaux Champenois with the main course  
🥂 A glass of Champagne with the cheese  
🍷 A glass of Ratafia with the dessert
